Wesley Parker currently serves as the Vice President of Camping Operations for the Tidewater Council. As the responsible leader of the Tidewater Council’s camping facilities, Pipsico went from operating at a yearly net loss of approximately $90,000 to a net positive yearly gain of over $40,000 and rising. Additionally, he has increased year-round camp attendance by nearly 300% over the last nine years.
Wes is a Senior Transportation Engineer, by degree and profession, with Clark Nexsen in Virginia Beach. Wes is committed to developing innovative ideas through a collaborative process, successfully implementing the new National Camp Accreditation Program standards and policies.
