Tidewater Council established the Eagle Honoree recognition to celebrate distinguished community leaders who earned the rank of Eagle Scout and exemplify the values of Scouting. Beginning with the Eagle Class of 2019, an annual Eagle Honoree has been chosen to deliver a keynote address at the Council Banquet to inspire the next generation of Eagle Scouts.
