Tidewater Council’s annual popcorn sale raises funding for local Scouting programs, with 60-70% of the purchase price going straight back to Scouting!

In addition to funding adventure and lowering costs for Scouting families, your purchase teaches Scouts salesmanship, the value of earning their own way, communication, resilience, and teamwork skills!

Local Sales

Scouts set up sales booths outside area businesses (look for them at Lowe’s most weekends this fall). You might find Scouts at a community festival, or your neighbor may stop by with an order form. If you are a local customer and haven’t found a booth, contact us to connect with Scouts near you.

Tidewater Council’s Scouts are located in the Virginia cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach, and the North Carolina counties of Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Gates, Pasquotank, and Perquimans.
