University of Scouting will be held on Saturday, February 25, 2017 at Great Bridge Middle School, 441 Battlefield Boulevard S., Chesapeake, VA 23322. Mick Meyer, University President, has assembled a great event. There are lots of classes for every Scouting program. Cost of the event will be $20 for adult attendees and $10 for adult staff and youth. A lunch is included in the fee. The last day to register online will be Thursday, 2/23/17. After that you’ll need to be a “walk-in” and pay an additional $5 late fee. We will do our best to accommodate lunch for all walk-ins. If walking-in, you can select your classes at check-in.
All registrations and payments will be online, with an option to pay by credit card, with a minor fee of 3% of the registration fee being assessed to cover the costs of processing your payment and to pay for use of the new Tentaroo online registration system.
Registering online is a simple process:
Create your Tentaroo “Individual/Family” account (if you don’t already have one).
Add yourself and others to your account. (They will be saved for registering future events)
CAREFULLY read and follow instructions on each page to register and choose your classes or event options.
Choose your payment option and submit your payment.
You will need the following information ready to make the process quick and easy: Full Name (same as on your ScoutNet account, Address, phone number, BSA ID No., Unit, Unit Position, email address, Youth Protection training date, and Position Basic Training date. (These will all be saved for future registrations.)
